Servers buyers in Los Angeles
We purchase servers throughout Los Angeles and the surrounding California market. That includes units still in service and scheduled for replacement, equipment already sitting de-energized after a consolidation, and assets coming out of a full hall retirement. We buy the equipment and we do the removal — one company, one offer, one insurance certificate.
Los Angeles sits in California, where PG&E, Southern California Edison, SMUD, LADWP feed the load and I-5, I-80, I-10, US-101 and the 405 carry the freight. That matters to your number: a site close to those corridors is cheaper for us to service, and the savings show up in the offer rather than in our margin. Santa Clara, San Jose, Los Angeles, Sacramento and San Diego are our routine stops, and Los Angeles work routes with them.
What we buy: Servers
Compute, storage and network
1U and 2U rackmount servers, blade chassis with their blades, hyperconverged nodes, GPU and accelerator servers, SAN and NAS arrays with their shelves and disks, tape libraries, top-of-rack and core switches, routers, firewalls and optics. We buy single racks and we buy entire halls.
Data destruction is not optional
Every drive is accounted for. You choose the method: on-site degauss and crush before anything leaves your dock, or serialized transport to our facility with destruction inside a monitored bay. Either way you get a certificate of destruction listing serial numbers, and a chain-of-custody record signed at each handoff.
Generation drives value
Processor generation, memory configuration and drive population determine whether a fleet is resale hardware or parts. Current and prior-generation servers with populated memory price as working equipment. Older kit prices on board yield, heatsinks and chassis metal. We tell you which bucket your fleet is in before we quote, not after.
How a project runs
Paperwork travels with the project: certificate of insurance naming your entity, W-9, a signed purchase agreement listing every asset and its price, serialized drive destruction certificates where drives are in scope, and weight tickets or a bill of lading for what leaves the Los Angeles site. Facilities, security and finance each get the document they need.
How the offer is built
Batteries deserve a specific note. VRLA strings usually carry scrap value we credit back to you; lithium cabinets have different handling and transportation requirements that we account for explicitly. Either way the batteries come out of your Los Angeles room as part of the scope, properly manifested, not left behind for someone else to deal with.
What you are actually buying from us
We do the decommissioning
Our crews rack out the hardware, de-energize and pull the electrical distribution, recover refrigerant, drain glycol, cut and cap piping, and break down containment and cabinets. You are not hiring a broker who then hires a rigger who then hires a hauler. One company, one point of contact, one insurance certificate.
We do the loading
Rigging, lift and crane work, dock plates, pallets, stretch wrap, load bars, straps and the trucks themselves are ours. Overhead busway comes down on lifts. Generators and chillers go out on cranes. Servers leave palletized and manifested. Nothing about the load-out becomes your problem.
Payment before the truck leaves
You are paid in full before equipment leaves your dock — wire, company check or cashier's check, your choice. No consignment, no percentage of eventual resale, no invoice you have to chase. The racks stay where they are until the money has landed.
Drive destruction, documented
Every data-bearing device is degaussed and physically destroyed, on your floor if you prefer. You receive a certificate of destruction listing serial numbers and a chain-of-custody record signed at each handoff, formatted so your audit team can reconcile it against your asset register.
The room is left clean
Floor tiles reset, penetrations patched, abandoned cable removed, debris hauled, and the space swept. Where a landlord or lease requires a specific restoration standard, we work to it and document the result with photographs before and after.
Written offers that hold
Quotes are written, itemized by category, and hold for thirty days. If your process needs a formal bid document, a W-9, a certificate of insurance naming your entity, or a purchase order reference on the offer, say so and it is on the paperwork.
