Access is the whole job
Before we commit to a date we survey the path: dock height and hours, freight elevator capacity and interior dimensions, door widths, corridor turns, floor loading limits, ramp grades and whether a crane or a stair-climbing skate is required. Large UPS frames, transformers and gensets frequently have to be disassembled to pass an elevator, and that labor belongs in the plan rather than in a change order.
We also settle the human constraints: badge and escort requirements, permitted working hours, elevator reservations, protection for finished floors and walls, and how waste and packaging leave the building.

Every project ends with the space swept, packaging and debris removed, penetrations documented, and grounding and bracing hardware taken out. Where the lease requires more — floor or ceiling restoration, patching, painting — we scope it explicitly against the actual lease language rather than guessing at what the landlord will accept.
