Any formatHere is exactly how to sell a data hall, an electrical room or a single UPS without hiring three vendors: send us what you have, take a written itemized offer, and let our crews handle the rest. You get paid before the trailer leaves your dock.

The ideal package is an asset list with make, model and quantity, plus kVA for UPS and transformers, tonnage for chillers, and kW/hours for generators. A maintenance report or a one-line diagram is even better because it resolves questions we would otherwise have to ask.
If you do not have that, photographs work. Nameplate photos are worth more than any description — they settle model, capacity, voltage and date of manufacture in one image. Wide shots of the room tell us about access, which affects cost.
If you have nothing at all, we will walk the site and build the list ourselves. That is a normal starting point for facilities that inherited a room nobody documented.

Audit-readyThe first is stripping equipment before it is quoted. Pulling power modules out of a modular UPS, harvesting DIMMs from servers, or taking drawout breakers out of a switchgear lineup for spares can cut the value of the remaining asset by more than the parts are worth to you. Ask first.
The second is waiting. Server platforms lose value every quarter and a hall stored in a cage for eighteen months is worth substantially less than the same hall sold at shutdown. Storage also costs money that nobody accounts for against the eventual sale.
The third is calling a scrap yard for an electrical room. A large share of transformers, switchgear, breakers and UPS equipment resells into service at multiples of material value. A yard will quote you per pound because that is their business model, not because that is what the equipment is worth.
We buy three-phase uninterruptible power supplies out of live and decommissioned white space: modular frames, monolithic units, matching battery cabinets and the static switches that go with them.
10 kVA – 2.5 MVA modulesFloor-mount, RPP and rack PDUsFloor-mount PDUs with integral transformers, remote power panels, and metered or switched rack PDUs by the pallet — we buy all three tiers of distribution.
50 kVA – 1000 kVA floor unitsOverhead track, tap boxes, elbowsOverhead busway is the most reusable thing in a white space and the most commonly thrown away. We buy full runs, tap-off boxes, elbows and end feeds.
225 A – 5000 A runsLV and MV, ATS, breakersLow-voltage lineups, medium-voltage metal-clad gear, automatic transfer switches and loose breakers — bought as complete lineups or section by section.
