ITAD Services
IT asset disposition done as a purchase rather than a fee. We inventory by serial, destroy data to your chosen standard, remarket what has life left, recover the rest through permitted processors, and pay you for the value we recover.

How our ITAD differs
Conventional ITAD is a service you pay for, with a revenue-share that arrives months later and is difficult to audit. We invert that: we buy the hardware outright, so you get a single written number up front and payment on the dock rather than a share of a resale you cannot verify.
We also perform the physical work ourselves. De-racking, packaging, rigging and freight are ours, which means one insurance certificate and one accountable party instead of an ITAD firm coordinating a logistics vendor coordinating a trucking company.
Data destruction options
NIST 800-88 purge-level overwriting preserves drive value and therefore raises your offer. Degaussing renders magnetic media permanently unreadable. Physical shredding is the most defensible option and can be performed on site, witnessed by your team. Solid-state media gets cryptographic erasure or shredding — degaussing does nothing to flash and we will not pretend otherwise.
Whichever path you choose, each drive is recorded by serial and the resulting certificate reconciles to your asset register, which is what makes it useful in an audit.
Reporting
You receive a serialized inventory of everything collected, a certificate of data destruction listing method per drive, a settlement statement showing what each asset was purchased for, and downstream documentation for material that could not be returned to service, including landfill diversion figures.
For regulated environments — HIPAA, PCI, FERPA, SOX, GLBA, CJIS or federal workloads — tell us the framework at the quote stage and we shape the handling, escorting and reporting to satisfy it rather than retrofitting compliance afterwards.
