Power distribution equipment
Transformers of every construction, low and medium voltage switchgear, switchboards, panelboards, distribution panels, safety switches, busway and bus plugs, tap boxes and wireway. If it distributed power in your building, we will quote it — as an assembly if it is resalable and by recovery value if it is not.
Backup power and conditioning
UPS systems and their battery cabinets, static switches, standby and prime-rated generators, paralleling gear, automatic transfer switches, voltage regulators, capacitor banks, harmonic filters and power conditioners. Data center backup plants are our core competency and we buy them complete.
Cable, motors and controls
Copper and aluminum power cable on reels or pulled, control cable, motor control centers and starters, VFDs and drives, industrial controls, and the conduit and tray they ran in. Cable is weighed and priced against published metals markets on the day it ships, not against a number we made up at quote time.
Manufacturers we see most
We buy all major manufacturers, and brand matters mainly because it determines who else wants the equipment. Common names move fastest: Square D, Eaton, GE, Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, ASCO, Vertiv, Caterpillar, Kohler, Generac. Unusual brands are still purchased; they simply price against a thinner buyer pool.
How the number is built
The most common mistake we see is a facility sending an entire electrical room to a scrap yard because one contractor called it scrap. A large share of that equipment resells into service at multiples of its material value. It costs nothing to have us look at the list first.
Removal cost is stated inside the offer rather than hidden in the price. You see what the equipment is worth and what the work costs, which is the only way to compare us honestly against a quote that excludes removal.
What you are actually buying from us
We do the decommissioning
Our crews rack out the hardware, de-energize and pull the electrical distribution, recover refrigerant, drain glycol, cut and cap piping, and break down containment and cabinets. You are not hiring a broker who then hires a rigger who then hires a hauler. One company, one point of contact, one insurance certificate.
We do the loading
Rigging, lift and crane work, dock plates, pallets, stretch wrap, load bars, straps and the trucks themselves are ours. Overhead busway comes down on lifts. Generators and chillers go out on cranes. Servers leave palletized and manifested. Nothing about the load-out becomes your problem.
Payment before the truck leaves
You are paid in full before equipment leaves your dock — wire, company check or cashier's check, your choice. No consignment, no percentage of eventual resale, no invoice you have to chase. The racks stay where they are until the money has landed.
Drive destruction, documented
Every data-bearing device is degaussed and physically destroyed, on your floor if you prefer. You receive a certificate of destruction listing serial numbers and a chain-of-custody record signed at each handoff, formatted so your audit team can reconcile it against your asset register.
The room is left clean
Floor tiles reset, penetrations patched, abandoned cable removed, debris hauled, and the space swept. Where a landlord or lease requires a specific restoration standard, we work to it and document the result with photographs before and after.
Written offers that hold
Quotes are written, itemized by category, and hold for thirty days. If your process needs a formal bid document, a W-9, a certificate of insurance naming your entity, or a purchase order reference on the offer, say so and it is on the paperwork.
