Removal is stated as a line inside the offer rather than billed separately. On most projects the equipment value exceeds the removal cost and you receive a net payment. Where a room is mostly low-value material, we say so in writing instead of discovering it on the dock.

Not if the equipment matches the list. If it does not — batteries removed, a unit cannibalized, different model — we re-price that line in writing and you decide before anything moves.

Drives are inventoried by serial number and either shredded on site in our mobile unit or destroyed at our facility under video. You receive a certificate of destruction listing every serial.

Yes, and most of what we buy is still installed and often still energized when we first see it. We coordinate the outage, de-energize and remove.

Yes. A single UPS, transformer, chiller or generator is a normal purchase. We prefer whole rooms because the valuable equipment can carry the low-value material.

A written itemized offer, certificates of insurance before mobilization, drive destruction certificates by serial, weight tickets and downstream recycling documentation, and photographs of the room as we left it.

Routinely. Most data center removals happen outside business hours because that is when the outage is approved.
