Refrigerant and glycol
Certified recovery of refrigerant before any line is cut, glycol drain-down and disposal, and cap-off of chilled water piping at the points you specify. You receive the recovery documentation. Roof penetrations get patched, curbs left sound.
How a project runs
Paperwork travels with the project: certificate of insurance naming your entity, W-9, a signed purchase agreement listing every asset and its price, serialized drive destruction certificates where drives are in scope, and weight tickets or a bill of lading for what leaves the Cleveland site. The room is left clean
Floor tiles reset, penetrations patched, abandoned cable removed, debris hauled, and the space swept. Where a landlord or lease requires a specific restoration standard, we work to it and document the result with photographs before and after.
